1. Full Legal Name: Talis Park Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Established August 5, 2002, by Ordinance No. 2002-42 and Ordinance No. 2012-27 on July 30, 2012, changing the name from Tuscany Reserve to Talis Park granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and (2)(a) and (d) F.S.

The property is located west of Interstate 75 and east of Livingston Road in Collier County Section 12, Township 48S, Range 25E and Section 7, Township 48S, Range 26E. The property is immediately south of the Lee/Collier county line and north of the future East/West Livingston Road.
